Return Policy
We want you to fall in love with our hair and customer service. We will accept returns in exchange for store credit only. In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, the hair must be in new condition. It must be as we sent it to you and not distorted. You cannot run your hands through textures other than straight ir we will not be able to accept it. We must be able to resell the hair in perfect condition. It cannot be worn or taken out of bundle form. It must be in a completely new form. All exchange credit will be of the final purchase price on your original receipt within 7 days of purchase. The shipping fee is non refundable.

Once again, All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations we will only give credit to use on your next order. For exchanges, the hair must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and all tags must be attached, packaged, and in new condition for exchange credit. We will need you to send your original receipt back. We will not exchange without the original receipt.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and received 3-7 Business days with a max of 10 business days for specialty items. On average, customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Once shipped, international orders can take up to 10 business days for delivery.
Providing an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address is one of the leading causes of shipping delays. Upon ordering, please ensure all delivery information is complete and accurate to ensure successful delivery. If an order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment.
